Free Premiere Marketing Package Offer

Effective: 1 September 2025 – 31 November 2025

1. Promotion Overview

List and sell your property with Kellie Barridge Properties this Spring and receive a FREE Premiere Marketing Package valued at over $10,000, to help maximise your property exposure and sale potential.

2. What's Included in the Free Premiere Marketing Package

The following marketing services are included at no cost to the vendor (subject to conditions in Clause 4):

  • Professional Photography

  • Detailed Floorplan

  • Aerial/Drone Photography

  • Premiere Advertisement on realestate.com.au

  • Professional Signboard

  • Property Brochures

  • Targeted Social Media Marketing Campaign

  • One-Bedroom, One-Living Room Property Styling Package

3. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for this promotion, the client must:

  • Be listing a residential property located in Queensland.

  • List the property exclusively with Kellie Barridge Properties between 1 September 2025 and 31 November 2025.

  • Agree to the full marketing package as outlined in Clause 2.

  • Proceed with the sale of the property through Kellie Barridge Properties.

4. Payment Obligations & Withdrawal Clause

The Premiere Marketing Package is provided free of charge only if the property is sold through Kellie Barridge Properties.

However, if:

  • The client withdraws the property from the market, OR

  • Terminates the exclusive listing agreement prior to a successful unconditional sale,

Then the full cost of the Premiere Marketing Package (valued at approx. $10,000) becomes payable by the client within 7 days of withdrawal or termination.

5. Additional Terms

  • Offer is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

  • Any additional marketing services requested outside of the quoted package will be quoted and charged separately.

  • Property styling is subject to availability and suitability assessment. Substitutions may be offered if the styling package cannot be fulfilled in its entirety.

  • This offer may be withdrawn or amended at any time at the sole discretion of Kellie Barridge Properties, but changes will not affect clients who have already entered into an agreement during the promotion period.

6. Acknowledgement

Clients will be required to sign a separate acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms prior to the commencement of marketing activities.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland. Any disputes arising in relation to this promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Queensland courts.
